Naka-program na yan sa system so kung advance payment ka na, magpapadala pa rin si PLDT ng bill pero "0" or negative na Total Amount Due mo....
or kung kulang naman ung advance payment mo, eh ung amount na after i-deduct ung advance payment mo sa Total bill mo, ang naklagay sa Total Amount Due.
